Tournament Results - 2011

​The weekend of June 4&5 Malone, New York hosted the 7th annual Hendrickson Hatch fly fishing tournament. This year’s event had 42 participants – 39 adults and three 9 years olds in the 12 and under category. Conditions were great for this year’s tournament. After a period of very wet weather in May, the rains stopped and water levels were ideal for the weekend. The weather cooperated as well with temperatures in the low 70s, clear skies, and light wind. Anglers reported good fishing. The largest fish caught and released was 19.5 inches by Dave Brookman of Wilmington, New York. Below is a list of the top ten participants in this year’s tournament. Special thanks to Brookfield Power for providing a donation in support of the tournament and North Country Community College for donating the college facilities.
